Characteristics
Pale yellow with silvery highlights. Refreshing vegetal and white fruit notes. The attack on the palate is clean, but it reveals all its roundness and finesse in the mouth. A wine of great balance and subtlety.
Soils and expositions
South, southeast exposure, on clay-limestone soils.
Surface area
9 hectares on vines aged from 10 to 60 years.

45 hl/ha
Vinification
Pneumatic pressing, followed by 48 hours of settling. Alcoholic fermentation without exogenous yeasts (lees stirring).
Accompaniment
Enjoy with oysters, shellfish, fish-based starters, fish or vegetable loaves, grilled fish. Don’t hesitate to try it with a dry goat’s cheese, it’ll surprise you ! Don’t forget it as an aperitif…
